Description
AppleOne Employment Services is looking for an upbeat Customer Service Representative to work with a Fortune 500 financial institution in the SE metro. Great company culture, relaxed team atmosphere, and room to grow!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Work with scanning and imaging tools to update electronic filing system
Provide quality service to customers calling in with questions
Additional projects as assigned
Desired Qualifications:
At least 1 year of office experience is a MUST
Familiarity with computer peripherals, adobe suite and other scanning & e-filing tools.
High level of proficiency in office productivity software such as MS Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude.
