$600 room for rent in Minneapolis, Minneapolis Nokomis – Minneapolis

I am renting a room in my 3 bedroom home near Lake Nokomis. The room is 12 x 10 and we would share all common areas including the bathroom. The room is furnished now, but I can move things as needed. Since the room has a small twin sized bed, I may be buying a larger bed if needed. I am a fairly laid back and easy going person and looking for something similar in a roommate. I keep myself very busy between work and sportsoutdoor activities. I also have two larger dogs about 70 who are very friendly and would love any extra attentionpetting they could get. The area has a lot to offer being fairly centrally located. There are a lot of biking trails nearby as well.
