Currently, we are seeking a Category Business Analyst for our Minneapolis sales office.
Responsible for leading and executing the category management process at strategic customers. Generate and execute category insights, strategies, and and actionable ideas to create sustainable, advantaged, and profitable top line growth for Kimberly Clark and our customers. Execute and achieve 4P objectives for Kimberly Clark brands. Contribute to the achievement of U.S. Customer Development objectives at assigned key customers.
Coordinate creation of effective sales presentations jointly with the Customer Business Partner(s) that include provocative analysis and insights, actionable assortment, planogram and merchandising recommendations that help meet or exceed team sales objectives. Lead the team in the 4P's, be the category management expert and assist in teammates' understanding and utilization of the process.
Minimum of Bachelors degree and 3 years of Category
Management experience required.
