Responsibilities:
Will support a busy team of 4-5 investment bankers. Job duties include the preparation of documents for client presentations, managing busy calendars, arranging travel, processing expenses, reconciling Visa statements, entering and maintaining client contact information in marketing database, assumes other duties as required or requested.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years related experience. Skills required include advanced knowledge in all MS Office software, typing of 60 wpm, excellent phone skills and professional demeanor. Requires excellent organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines, multi-task and prioritize heavy workload and be able to work overtime with little or no notice.
