Looking for a talented Administrative Assistant who is motivated and committed to keeping busy executives organized!
Responsibilities will include:
-Compose memos, email, and correspondence.
-Create and maintain documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
-Maintain various files, records, indexes and logs.
-Open, review, and distribute mail.
-Make photocopies of reports, documents and other materials.
-Greet new employees, clients, and executives in a professional manner.
-Event planning, meeting planning, organization of meeting minutes
-Order office supplies, maintain an inventory and distribute office supplies.
-Handle expense reports.
-Make travel arrangements.
-Perform errands throughout the building complex and sometimes outside of the building.
-Perform additional duties as assigned.
