Summary: The Recruiter/Human Resources Generalist will perform full cycle staffing and HR Generalist functions. The position is responsible for developing and executing sourcing, recruiting and retention strategies that enable to recruit and retain highly motivated employees. HR Generalist functions include communicating with employees regarding HR matters, preparing and analyzing HR reports and metrics, managing employee special events and other HR projects. Essential Job Functions: Recruiting Develop and execute effective sourcing and recruiting strategies to identify, attract and hire qualified candidates. Consult with hiring managers to discuss position requirements, recruiting strategy, timelines to fill jobs and temporary backfill needs as appropriate.Recruit candidates using a variety of sources including best practice internet recruiting methods, direct sourcing, employee referrals, job fairs, networking and agencies.Cultivate interest in positions and Company by describing the culture, benefits and unique opportunity of a position.Responsible for all phases of the recruiting and hiring cycle, including posting positions, sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, prescreening candidates, scheduling interviews, tracking status, preparing offer letters, ensuring background checks completed, negotiating compensation packages, preparing on-boarding schedule and conducting new hire orientation. Develop and analyze recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness, implement changes or other best practices. Takes ownership and accountability for successful recruiting strategies. Analyze recruiting policies and practices and recommend changes as appropriate, such as the employee referral program, new hire compensation incentives, on-boarding process and training programs. Manage the temporary staffing needs and agencies. Manage recruiting vendors and accounts, negotiate pricing/terms and review invoices. Build relationships with additional source pools, including headhunters, user groups, universities, web sites, and community organizations. Prioritize and juggle multiple job openings and stay abreast of developments and trends in recruiting and internal staffing needs. HR GeneralistEffectively communicate with all levels of employees on a variety of HR Generalist matters. Partner with HR team, payroll and facilities as appropriate. Prepare and analyze various HRIS reports and metrics. Plan and manage the employee special events and anniversary awards program.Assist with developing effective employee development and training programs.All other duties and projects as assigned.

Position Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.5+ years recruiting experience, including strong sourcing and recruiting skills using the Internet. Prior experience recruiting for IT/technical positions preferred. Combination of agency and corporate experience a plus. 2+ years of HR Generalist or HR administrative experience. Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices. Knowledge of benefits plans and immigration processes a plus. Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word required; ADP systems and Visio experience a plus. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills essential.
