Job Description:
Provide administrative, clerical and technical support to Investment Bankers in order to relieve them of detail and contribute to the origination, process and completion of financings. Verify accurate and timely document flow in municipal transactions. Complete documents necessary to close municipal transactions. Conduct research necessary to originate and complete proposals, presentation and correspondence. Coordinate travel, meetings and conference calls. Maintain filing systems and databases. Accomplish department team projects.
Requirements:
Advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Access). Familiarity with Outlook and the ability to conduct internet research when requested. Must display professionalism, initiative, flexibility, dependability, versatility and ability to work under pressure. Must be able to handle multiple projects with changing deadlines and priorities. Must be available to work overtime when required. High school diploma or equivalent required. BA/BS in business/finance or related field preferred.
