By planning, designing and implementing secure connectivity solutions, we help customers reduce risk and liability, decrease overhead and improve information control.We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with responsibility for product planning and execution throughout the entire product life cycle. Listening to the market, the Product Manager will gather, prioritize and communicate product requirements that will drive the development of market-driven products and solutions that support the companys overall strategy and goals. This individual will be responsible for analyzing and understanding market needs, developing product requirements, and executing to the product roadmap with timely and highly functional releases.The Product Manager will work closely with key members of development to actively plan releases down to the technical requirements level. This individual will be responsible for actively managing future release content lists consisting of estimated product requirements and business use cases that align with the strategic direction set forth by the Director of Product Management and the VisionShare leadership team to achieve the companys goals and objectives.Responsibilities: Manage the product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activitiesDefine requirements; produce market/product requirement documentsCoordinate cross-functional team activities during the product release cycleDevelop software release plans/schedules/project charters working closely with development to ensure customer needs, product quality standards and delivery deadlines are met. Tasks include:oassess scope, resources, prioritiesocommunicate dates, deliverablesomanage to key milestones provide risk analysis; risk avoidance insightounderstand/track dependencies and provide associated communicationsLay out feature/enhancement roadmaps (based on a provided strategic vision)Assess product performance, manage to product management and operational metricsServe as a resource for sales in product demos, technical conference callsSupport marketing teams with go-to-market activitiesWork closely with marketing managers to create a full suite of collateral, including: white papers, presentations, product datasheets, webinars and other sales support toolsFunction as go-to domain expert for the organization on products managed. Provide training to internal constituencies on certain product capabilities and differentiators to ensure operational readiness.Follow the product into the field to ensure customer success and participate in prospect and customer calls and meetings to gather requirements and resolve issues.Requirements:Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the software industry, or experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager with the desire to move into a Product Management role.Bachelors degree (computer science or engineering) preferred; MBA is a plus.Proven track record in building new products and introducing them to marketComfortable interacting with a variety of stakeholders (i.e. sales, marketing, development, technical services, etc.) with a demonstrated ability to lead through influence.A quick learner, with good technical and business acumen.Effective and clear written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational, analytical, and planning skills with good attention to detail.Highly self motivated and directed with the ability to juggle different tasks and effectively balance priorities.Excellent presentation skills in interacting with management and communicating functional vision.Able to resolve problems in a timely manner.Ability to be flexible and work under changing priorities; comfortable with ambiguity.Industry knowledge of Medicare/healthcare field a plus.Benefits:VisionShare offers a competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits package, and employee stock options.
